•On being contacted with requirements, the initial
mode of screening and selecting candidates begins.
•Sourced candidates are then interviewed by
trained consultants who score them on
parameters 5 to meet the potential candidate in an
interview on Premises.
•On final selection of a candidate ,company
professionals compile a report of two references,
from a Senior Department Manager or HR Manager
and send this to you to help finalize the decision.
